OCD & Anxiety Specialist
An accurate diagnostic assessment is the foundation of effective treatment for OCD and anxiety disorders. Without a proper diagnosis, individuals may receive treatments that fail to address the core issues, leading to prolonged distress and ineffective care. Research shows that many people with OCD go 17 years undiagnosed or misdiagnosed, often receiving general talk therapy that can worsen symptoms. A thorough assessment ensures the right evidence-based treatments—like Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)—are used, allowing for targeted, efficient, and lasting recovery.
Diagnostic Assessment - $225
A CBT or ERP session is structured, evidence-based, and focused on directly addressing your OCD or anxiety symptoms. Unlike traditional talk therapy, sessions are active and goal-oriented, ensuring that each meeting moves you toward meaningful progress. Sessions often include in-session exposure practice, review and coaching on specific skills, and develop a personalized homework plan to reinforce progress between sessions. This structured approach is the heart of therapy, ensuring that every session is purposeful and bringing you closer to long-term relief.
60 Minute Therapy Session - $225
As clients progress through therapy, sessions often become less frequent or shorter in duration, shifting the focus toward independent practice and long-term maintenance. A 30-minute session is designed to help you stay on track by reviewing progress, discussing completed homework exposures, addressing any barriers or challenges, and refining skills for continued success. These shorter sessions ensure that you have the support and accountability needed while reinforcing confidence in managing symptoms on your own.
30 Minute Therapy Session - $125
I do not accept insurance, and payment is due at the time services are rendered. However, I can provide you with a superbill, which you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement under your out-of-network mental health benefits. I encourage all clients to contact their insurance provider to inquire about these benefits and to provide my NPI (1255647160) and EIN (46-3987800) when checking on eligibility. For your convenience, I require all clients to keep a credit or debit card on file, which will be automatically charged following each session. This ensures a smooth and hassle-free billing process, allowing us to focus fully on your care and progress.
